CLINICAL and CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

1993 - Present        Consultant - Making on-site visits to Hospitals, Outpatient Clinics, and Residential                                 Treatment Centers (Mental Health and Substance Abuse) throughout the United States                                 to provide review and recommendations regarding the treatment planning process of                                 multidisciplinary document construction, review and updating.

1979 - Present        Private Practice - Psychological Consultants - Grand Rapids, MI  Serving adults and 
                                adolescents with outpatient psychotherapy.

1986 - Present        Consultant - Wedgwood Acres Christian Youth Homes - Grand Rapids, MI                                  Providing psychological evaluation of emotionally disturbed adolescents who have                                 typically suffered emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Also provided clinical                                 supervision of outpatient psychotherapists.

1980 - 1994            Consultant - Salvation Army Starting Point Detoxification Unit - Grand Rapids, MI  
                               Served the clinic staff with evaluation and treatment support of chemically dependent                                clients.

1982 - 1994            Consultant - Salvation Army Turning Point Residential Treatment Center - Grand                                Rapids, MI  Served the counseling staff and the director with clinical supervision,

                               counseling staff and the director with client psychological evaluation, test interpretation                                and quality assurance review for chemically dependent adults and adolescents.

1979 - 1984            Consultant - Alcohol Outpatient Services - Grand Rapids, MI  Provided clinical                                supervision to treatment staff for chemically dependent clients and their family members.

1979 - 1983            Consultant - Boyd Acres Residential Alcohol Treatment Center - Nunica, MI  Provided                                psychological evaluation, test interpretation and co-therapy for group treatment of                                chemically dependent adults.

1980 - 1981            Consultant - Jellema House - Grand Rapids, MI  Assisted the director in initiating the                                process toward JCAHO accreditation of the program for chemically dependent males.
