2002 recipients of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award

The 2002 Award recipients are:

Motorola, Inc. Commercial, Government, and Industrial Solutions Sector (Manufacturing)
Branch-Smith Printing Division (Small Business)
SSM Health Care (Health Care). SSM Health Care is the first health care organization to receive the Award.
Secretary of Commerce Don Evans will open the conference on Monday, March 31. Dr. Tom Houlihan, Executive Director of the Council of Chief State School Officers, will be the keynote speaker on Wednesday, April 2.
