If you teach any subject matter that deals with Cycle Time Reduction, Just in Time, Process Redesign, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or any inventory management system, then the Cycle Time Simulator will make a very positive contribution to your session. This demonstration takes 30 to 120 minutes to perform, depending on the subjects selected for illustration. Many have said that this is the most powerful technique they have ever seen demonstrated in a classroom. The Cycle Time Simulator is helpful for understanding the differences between process time and process cycle time. The basic demonstration deals with the time associated with the signing, stacking, and the passing of 3 x 5 cards in the provided wooden pallets.
